If I had the money I would. I would keep the vinyard going which the profits would go to help the children of America. The olive grove would grow and be produced in his name and the profits from that would go to help the homeless get back on their feet. I would have 2 horse(1 named Mork and the 2 one would be Mindy).

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, it is not an inspectors job to estimate what might fall apart in the future, only what is currently a problem. They will often suggest that based on how old something is, it might have x number of year's left, but they typically would never guarantee that. Hopefully you purchased or the seller a home warranty plan.

My family had dealings with Tim Negrilla. He was nice up front but, his inspections were not up to par. Shortly after purchasing the home (because of the great inspection) it started to fall apart. Horrible way to run a business. Good luck dealing with that. Called BBB

Wow.....excellent take on the subject, Pat. As someone who sells a lot of condos, I am impressed, especially the part about how a condo might not increase in value as quickly as a house....this is absolutely true in our market as well....

Hi there, Just wanted to let you know this isn't John Goodmans house. We just took a tour today of the garden district and the guide showed us his house (another house) and this one was purchased by a couple from New Jersey many years ago who fixed it up and restored it.

Good point Pat! The legal profession is similar. People often want free advice too. It's a good policy to retain professionals, rather than expecting them to give something away for free. Their intellectual capital is what is for sale many times, but with realtors a house comes with it!
